Made some fudge today. It’s pretty awesome. Giada made it on Food Network this past weekend. Cinnamon-Chocolate Fudge, and as I just said, it’s amazing. Here’s a link to the recipe. Eight minutes prep and cooking time, and two hours in the fridge. The final sprinkle of kosher salt adds a nice counter balance to the richness of the fudge. They’re going to work with me tomorrow. I can not be trusted to show restraint if they stay in our house.
