Greg and I celebrated the start of the long holiday weekend last night with pizza and beeritas on the patio. A few years ago, I put the beerita recipe on my blog. I thought that perhaps now would be a great time for a re-introduction. My good friend Michele discovered this tasty concoction at a baby shower…in Alabama.

The Beerita

Mix together 1 bottle of Corona Beer, 1 can of Sprite (not diet), 1 – 12 oz. can of Minute Maid frozen limeade and 12 oz. of silver tequila. Stir, pour over ice and enjoy.
