I’m submitting two photos to the Summit County Metro Parks Photo Exhibit. I’ve narrowed my favorites from the past year to the four photos below, but can’t decide on my final two. I would greatly appreciate your input in voting for your two favorites.

Here are my reasons for selecting the photo of the tree … yes I’m about to get profound 😉 The photo pulls your eyes to the bottom and literally up the tree slowly. The significance of the trunk with the rough spots and their clarity is breath taking … truly. I think about life when I look at it … for more than the tree. What is in focus in our lives tend to be the rough patches … the piece and parts of the moment that guide us up the trunk 🙂 At the top, somewhat blurred, is hope, is life, is free, is possibility. Yep I’m gonna need this one framed! Stunning! This photo is a journey … ahhhh nicely done my friend … nicely done

They’re all gorgeous. The tree is the most unique though. Personally, I like looking at the walkway and the duck (I LOVE ducks) but I voted for the tree.
