A certain someone (you know who you are) has been requesting these muffins almost daily since I brought them to work a while back. So here they are again, the banana espresso chocolate chip muffin. Aside from the ‘nana mashin’ they are pretty easy to make. One batch done, perhaps another batch tomorrow before I go to work.

Update: Here’s the recipe in case you want to make them. I suggest using baking cups rather than spraying the pan. And some how, the recipe always makes 14 for me, rather than the dozen it says.
